Titanium Group

Silver Group Swimmers move to this group once they have a strong grasp of all 4 competitive strokes, starts, and turns. Swimmers in this group are introduced to training for the first time while still having a strong focus on technique. Swimmers have shown the desire to not only train and attend practice but to compete in swim meets. Swimmers in this group are between 11 and 14 years old and must be able to successfully swim 100's of all 4 strokes. Goals for this group are to legally compete in the 200 IM and 500 free at swim meets. A minimum of 4 practices a week are encouraged for swimmers in this group.

Minimum Criteria:  

Legally competed in 100's of each stroke in a USA Sanctioned meet   

Be able to hold 10 x 100 free @ 1:45

Titanium Group Fees:  Starting August 2025 $135/month (2nd Swimmer $90, 3rd Swimmer $70)

Equipment required:  fins, JR pull buoy, snorkel, and a JR sized kickboard, 8" parachute

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00-6:15pm

Tuesday 5:00-6:15pm swim, 6:15-7:00pm dry land

Saturday 8:00-9:45am

Summer 2025 Schedule (begins June 2nd)

Monday to Friday 8:45-10:00am

Tuesday Dry Land 8:15-9:00am

Saturday 8:00-9:45am (when we do not have a swim meet)
