2023 Summer Championship Meets
2023 Florida Age Group Championships-South
TCA placed 12th overall in the team standings scoring 244 points! Congratulations to our team of 10 swimmers that participated at the meet: Connor Benton, Evelio Claro, Isabella Claro, Broderick Cunio, Brooklyn Fenno, Dylan Grant, Ethan Ingles, Braelyn McCall, Jackson Sambevski, and Justin Scuderi.
Braelyn McCall won the 10 & Under Girls High point award and broke 3 TCA Team 9-10 Girls records: 50 Free (32.25), 100 fly (1:20.71) and the 200 IM (2:51.63).
Evelio Claro Broke 4 TCA team 11-12 Boys Records: 400 Free (5:16.86), 200 Fly (2:50.62), 100 Breast (1:30.26) and 200 IM (2:50.96).
Ethan Ingles broke the TCA 11-12 record in the 50 Breast (40.68),
Justin Scuderi broke the TCA 13-14 Boys team record in the 100 free (1:01.99)
Top 16 Finishers: Evelio Claro, Isabella Claro, Ethan Ingles, Braelyn Mccall and Jackson Sambevski
2023 Florida Senior Championships
TCA took 5 swimmers to the meet: Calla Keenan, Brody Metzger, Evan Pelletier, Jez Rucker and Boone Stoneburg. 10 TCA Team records fell during the meet, broken by various individuals!
Brody Metzger broke the 15-16 Boys 100 Buttefly (1:05.65)
Boone Stoneburg broke the 15-16 Boys 50 back (32.07), 100 Back (1:08.55), 200 back (2:28.38) and 400 IM (5:19.75)
Evan Pelletier broke the 17 & Up Men's 50 Free (24.94), 100 free (54.94), 200 Free (2:00.39), 200 IM (2:14.62) and the 400 IM (4:53.52). He also had 2 Top 16 finishes.
2023 USA Futures Championships
TCA Had 2 qualifiers for this meet: Evan Pelletier and Brynn Stoneburg, Our swimmers competed with some of the best in our region of the United States open ages. Our swimmers broke 4 TCA Team Records!
Evan Pelletier broke the 17 & up Men's records AGAIN in the 100 free (54.51) and the 200 Free (2:00.13)!
Brynn Stoneburg broke the 17 & Up women's records: 100 back (1:05.56), and 200 back (2:20.68)! Brynn swam 5 best times and also made it to the Top 32 Finals in all her swims!
