2024 SPA's Seminole Sunrise Lanes Meet
Over this past weekend we had 12 named Hurricanes travel to St. Petersburg Northshore Aquatic Center for a Long Course Timed Finals meet. It was a hot few days with a mix of rain and lightening, but the Hurricanes kept it together and put down some nice drops.
We had Reagan (13) make her first-ever FLAGs cut and did it in the 50 Fly. dropping 1.84 seconds in this event alone. Great Job Reagan!!
Our biggest looser this event include:
1st biggest looser - Reagan (13) as she deposited 32.02 seconds of improvements over 7 events.
2nd biggest looser - Skye (16) dropping 10.95 seconds
3rd biggest looser - Audrey (14) sheding 10 seconds flat
other notable losses include: Sydnee (16), Yulia (13), Chase (13), Cooper (17), Erynn (12), Lee (17) and Brie (19).
Moving up in motivational times, we had several:
Breaking into the "B" TImes: Skye (16) 100 FLy and 200 IM,
Jumping up to "BB" Times: Reagan (13) 100 Breast and 100 Fly, Erynn (12) 50 Breast.
Earning an "A" Times: Cooper (17) 50 Free,
This coming weekend we have Area 5 Championships. Look for that splashing report to follow.
