Hurricanes attend 2025 Sea Dragon May Open
Sea Dragon May Open was a success for the Hurricanes. Lots first times swims, new Personal Best times. 12 Teammates had a good time in Pt. Charlotte over the weekend.
So lets cut to the chase, what we all want to know. The Numbers and improvements.
The Biggest Losers.
This is a positive award for the swimmers that dropped the most time making progress in lowering their personal best times.
- Harper (10) is our Biggest loser by dropping her times by a (WOW) 41.10 sec over 4 events.
- Reagan (14) let go of 19.68 seconds in one event alone.
- Erynn (13) left it out there dropping 16.95 seconds
- Jacob (13) put in a good effort with 14.54 seconds off his past best times.
Moving on Up awards: these go to swimmers that are moving up the motivation times. The progress goes from B – BB – A – AA – AAA – AAAA. This is a good way to track your progresss and give you steps instead of the large leap to FLAGs or Senior Champ Cuts.

Great Job all Hurricanes that attended this meet. Time to get back into the pool and keep working on our goals and advancing the motivational time. Your progress has been outstanding so far and we are just starting the Long Course season.
