Hannah Albion was honored as Canterbury School's Top Female Scholar Athlete for 2013 based on her GPA, athletic success, and service hours to the community. Hannah received a very nice plaque at the 2013 Rotary South Banquet held at the Crown Plaza in Fort Myers on May 8, 2013. Congratulations to Hannah Albion on her hard work in the class room, pool, and community. Hannah will be attending Bowling Green University this fall.

The GCST Summer League Grand Prix Meet was held despite the threat of bad weather at the San Carlos Park Pool on May 1st, 2013. The swimmers received their new league swim caps, and t-shirts. The results are posted here. The current standings are here.
GCST won it's 5th straight Florida Swimming Open Water Team Championship. The GCST North Team had a Spaghetti Dinner, and Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, April 13th. A big crowd was on hand to try and win some of the awesome items that were donated from various local businesses. Everyone had a great time and lots of spaghetti. Many thanks to Laura Verwest, and the North parents that helped to put on a fun event away from the pool.
