GREAT JO MEET GCST!!! GCST 14 and unders have another outstanding JO meet. The team had many time drops. Savannah Bowser broke 3 10 & under GCST records on her way to winning the JO 10 & under High Point Award. Blake Woodrow, Molly DuBrasky, and Kyle Snew claim high point awards The GCST Winter Invitational at FGCU is now finished. SYS won the team standings with Swim Florida 2nd and GCST 3rd. The meet had 602 swimmers and was the largest event held at the aquatic center in it’s history. DuBrasky won the 500-yard freestyle at the Class 2A state meet, posting the fastest time of any area girl — 4 minutes, 45.36 seconds. Her time earned her automatic All-American status, meaning she is one of the 30 fastest high school swimmers in the nation in that event. read more....
