GCST's Hannah Albion is set to compete in the USA Swimming National 5K Open Water Championships held at Miromar Lakes. GCST is hosting this years National Open Water events, along with the Florida Swimming Open Water Championships, All-Star OW Challenge, The Crippen Sunset Mile, Masters 5K, and GCST 5K Race on April 27-29 as part of the 2012 Open Water Festival. Fort Myers, FL - from ABC-7 John Henry, 44, of Fort Myers weighed in at 400 pounds after he returned from a cruise in Feb. 2011. Today, he checks in at 280 pounds, still overweight, but closer to his goal of 230 pounds.
