DAQ Swimmers Finish 9th At Senior State

The Dekalb Aquatics senior swimmers take 9th overall at the Senior state championships held at Georgia Tech. The team also finished 4th overall in the Medium team bracket. The team broke several team records and many personal best swims. The Boys 400 medley relay qualified for junior nationals. The team consisted of James Talley, Devyn Hughes, Max Mitchell and D.J. Boutte.

D.J. Boutte: 50 free-16th, 100 free-25th
Devyn Hughes: 100 breast-7th, 200 free-40th, 400 I.M.-18th, 50 free-32nd, 200 breast-5th, 100 free 25th, 200 I.M.-16th
Max Mitchell: 200 free-24th, 100 fly-8th, 200 fly-8th, 50 free-20th, 100 back-25th, 100 free-7th
Erika Redding: 100 fly-36th
James Talley: 200 free-36th, 100 fly-21st, 200 fly-35th, 100 back-14th, 200 back-25th, 100 free-34th, 200 I.M. 31st
