Spirit Night Practice Schedule
All groups will meet at Chick-fil-A before practice. Note the following schedule if you want to meet up with your group. But remember that ALL PURCHASES between 5:00-7:00 p.m. will benefit DAQ.

The following groups will meet at 5:00pm:

*Silver Group (Coach Angela)

*Age Group III (Coach Sarah)

*Age Group II (Coach Beth/Nate)

*Advanced Age Group II (Coach Torrence)

*Junior/Senior (Coach Melissa)

*The Advanced Age Group (Coach Mike) will meet at 5:30 pm  

*Age Group IV (Coach Carlos) will meet at 6:00 pm

*Swimmers in Age Group I (Coach Nate) are encouraged to eat at Chick-fil-A anytime between 5:00-7:00 p.m. (no Wed. practice).
