Aloha, on this page you will find HSC's Free Week Trial Form & Team Registration Form. Please fill out the free week trial form so you can try out at the branch location you are interestred in. Doing the week trial helps coaches determine your swimmers level of swimming and which group they would be in. After please fill out the Team Registration Form to fully register to the Hawaii Swimming Club Team.
