HYDRO NEWS
Hello all,
It’s a new month and some work to do in the pool. We have been working on underwaters and turns. Next up is the breathing control so we can get that head down and less breathing. Below are a few things to remember! Swimmers keep up the great work and parents thank you for the support.
5 BELOW SHIRTS
I’m still taking shirts if you have one or a few you would like me to do. Please bring them to the pool. I have also got the ones to bring back and we will present them at dryland one of the practice days soon. If you or your family wants one get them to Coach Tyson to have it Hydro custom.
STAR MEET
The entries are closed for the STAR meet. The timing preferences are listed as the green button on team unify. If you don’t tap your preferences we will just put you in a slot if needed.
GROUP CHANGES
Copper-Copper has been added to the schedule for logistic reasons and no one is in the class yet.
Age Group Bronze-Added Tuesdays and increased dues for the extra 4/5 days a month. This starts May 1, 2025.
SR groups added 30 min, we run 2 hours per practice. Times vary but generally dryland 5:30-6 and swim 6-8 pm. This starts May 1, 2025 (Thursday)
Masters we added 30 min, swim is 6-8 pm now. This starts May 1, 2025 (Thursday)
THINGS TO SEE
I have added a tab to the website called Hydro Highlights. This is where we showcase the kids efforts in swimmer of the month and our swim of the meets. Check it out today!

RST MEET
I can not commit our swimmers to the RST meet yet because the host has no paperwork. As soon as they get their paperwork submitted I’ll add entries. Just waiting on them.
