LEGENDS Swim Camp & Clinic

Hello and welcome to “LEGENDS” our 1st annual Swim Camp/Clinic.  We do these camps and clinics to fine tune the swimmers strokes, and understand the mechanics in the water, we work on them understanding the clock and their times and goal times and, and for team bonding and so many elements of swim. We can’t wait to host our first ever HYDRO Camp/Clinic and we hope you enjoy it. ALL SWIMMERS FROM BOTH TEMESCAL AND SAN BERNARDINO ARE SIGNED UP FOR THE EVENT. If you have specifics go to the declaration and let us know in the notes. It’s a 3 day clinic, they don’t have to come all 3 if they can’t make it but it’s highly encouraged. The event is $45.00 per swimmer. This covers the cost of the facility, the classes, the coaches, the lunch, dinner, snacks, and tee shirt. The $45.00 will be added to your account like we add the swim meet fees. We purposefully made it budget friendly for the swimmers benefit.

5 pm to 6/6:30 pm this is a fully informative meeting and will have a Q&A at the end for all the questions.

6:30-7:30 Flip turns and streamlines 

7:30-9 pm Food & movie (at the pool)

9:30-10:30 Butterfly  

10:30-11:15 Goal setting 

11:15-11:30 am Snack

11:30-12:30 Freestyle 

12:30-1:15 pm Lunch 

1:15-2:15 pm Games and bonding 

2:15-3 Dives 

3-4 pm How to read the clock and times etc 

4:15 pm Pick up

Pick up 3:15 pm and camp done
