You could say that I have been around the Pirates Swim Team for awhile now! I have been a part of the competitive swimming community for roughly 8 years as a coach and as an official. I live in Cedar Falls, IA with my husband and daughter. My favorite swim memory would definitely have to be having night meets at lakes! Not only do I love swimming but I love to learn. I have my BS in Physics and my BS in Astronomy from the University of Iowa and I have my BS in Computer Science from UNI. A fun fact about myself would be I worked at a zoo where I massaged a tiger’s gums several times a week.
