Here is Part 1 of our 2025 & 2026 Winter Holiday Practice schedule. These include holidays, some days when the Coe College campus (and ARC) are on Holiday Break hours, and some days of swim meets we have athletes & staff attending in December 2025. 12/12 = NO NOVICE WORKOUT / AG 1 (6 to 7:20 PM) / AG 2 (6 to 7:40 PM) / Senior & Pre-Senior (5:50 to 7:50 PM). There is updated meet information posted on the Linn-Marr Swim Team website for the Fast & Flurious Invitational. This includes Heat Sheets, Warmup assignments, and Psych Sheets. Kohawk Aquatics athletes should be on deck at the following times: Friday / 11 & Over Session = 5:20 PM Saturday & Sunday / 12 & Under Sessions = 7:40 AM Saturday / 13 & Over Session = 12:40 PM

We will have an altered practice schedule on Friday, 12/5/25 due to the LMST swim meet. Senior & Pre-Senior (5:50 to 7:30 PM), AG 1 & Novice (6 to 7 PM), and AG 2 (6 to 7:30 PM). There will be NO PRACTICES on Sat. 12/6/25.

Three Senior level Kohawk Aquatics athletes announced their commitments to compete in the college ranks last week! Parker Macho (Linn-Mar High School) will attend the Univ. of Cincinnatti (NCAA Div. I) Laynie Adams (CR Kennedy High School) will attend Coe College (NCAA Div. III) Andrew Seifert (CR Washington High School) will attend Dordt University (NAIA) All three of these student athletes are expected to have immediate positive impacts on the competitive directions at these respective programs. Kohawk Aquatics athletes raced very well at the recent A3 Midwest Challenge Invitational meet (held at the Univ. of Iowa / CRWC pool on Nov. 1st & 2nd). Andrew Seifert (200 IM in 1:48.14, 100 BR in 53.90, and the 200 BR in 1:57.64) and Parker Macho (200 FL in 1:46.41 & 100 FL in 48.00) both won individual events on the Men's side. Abby Faughn and Shea Wilson from Kohawk Aquatics will be racing in Iowa City (Univ. of Iowa / CRWC) on Thursday and Friday at the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union State Swimming Championships! Abby has qualified in the 200y and 500y Freestyle along with two relays. Shea will be racing in the 100y and 200y Freestyle events and on two relays as well.
