Fall / Winter Practice Schedule (Short Course 2025 / 2026)
*Starting on Sept. 3rd and running until the week of Regionals (Feb. 2026)
Novice (athletes should attend 2 to 3 workouts per week).
M & F (6 to 7 PM) / TU & TH (7 to 8 PM)
Age Group 1 (athletes should attend 3 to 5 workouts per week),
M & F (6:50 to 8:10 PM) / TU & TH (6 to 7:20 PM) / SAT. (9 to 10:20 AM)
Age Group 2 (athletes should attend 4 to 5 workouts per week),
M to F (6 to 7:40 PM) / SAT. (9 to 10:40 AM)
Pre-Senior (athletes should attend at least 4 workouts per week),
M,W,F (5:50 to 8:10 PM / Includes Dryland) / TU & TH (6 to 8:10 PM) / SAT. (9 to 11 AM)
Senior (athletes should attend at least 5 workouts per week).
Same as Pre-Senior but also includes TU &TH (5:50 to 7:20 AM starting mid September) during the regular season.
*Schedules are subject to change / adjustments due to Coe College Varsity Swimming & Diving Team home meets, Kohawk Aquatics club / team meets, Kohawk Swim Lessons, and other Coe College sponsored events on campus (such as home Football games and large events held at the ARC), and holidays. All workouts are at Coe College natatorium unless notified by e-mail.
