Practice Schedule - Changes & Cancelations (April 17 & 18, May 3 & 4, 2024)

Hello: We have some upcoming practice changes and cancellations coming up on the following dates: 

NO PM WORKOUTS.on 4/18/24 due to me (Coach Don) celebrating three birthdays / attending a concert that night. My wife and two daughters all share April 17th birthdates. There will be AM workouts for Senior & Pre-Senior swimmers on 4/18/24 from 5:50 to 7:10AM. We will run a Novice workout (6:30 to 7:30PM) on Wed. night (4/17/24) to make up for the missed practice on Thursday. 

NO WORKOUTS on 5/3 (Friday PM) and 5/4 (Sat. AM) due to the H2Opener Invitational Swim Meet in Des Moines on those dates.

*Pre-Senior, AG 2, and Senior athletes NOT racing in the meet that weekend can contact me for dryland (Pre-Senior & Senior) and / or water workouts to do on their own time those days if they wish.
