**Team Unify charges a 3% processing fee on all credit/debit transactions. ACH is $1.25 per transaction.
NST Short Course Rates
Registration
• Opens: August 6, 2025 for all swimmers. Prior to September 2, expectations for behavior and the season will be sent to all families registered.
• Closes: January 1, 2026.
• All NST swimmers must be members of USA Swimming.
• Premium Membership ($88) - Qualifies a swimmer to participate in all the meets and practices including Regionals, State, and all other Championship meets.
• Flex Membership ($30) - 12&U ONLY - Qualifies swimmers to participate in practice and two (2) meets a year, not including Regionals, State, or other Championship meets.
The competitive group registration fee will be paid upon registering, along with a monthly payment agreement.
Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month (with the exception of September - billed Sept 15th). Swimmers may advance in practice groups within the six months but may not move down. When advancing groups, monthly fee changes are applied immediately.
Rates will not be prorated unless extraordinary circumstances occur. NST does not offer refunds once a swimmer has been registered. Refunds for the season will only be given for extreme circumstances and must be approved.
Meets are paid for separately and are not figured into the cost of seasonal membership.

Practices
- Begin for ALL swimmers on Tuesday, September 2
- Returning Senior group swimmers resume on Monday, August 25.

Group Qualifications:
Swimmers will be evaluated during their first two practices and placed into groups based on age and skill level. The Freshmen group is designed for new competitive swimmers and young swimmers (9 and under); the Sophomore group is designed for swimmers age 9-12; the Junior group is designed for swimmers age 12-14; and the Senior group is designed for swimmers age 13+, those with the highest swimming skills, and features high-level endurance and speed training.

Financial Aid
The Northeastern Swim Team Financial Aid Program is for qualified members of the team who need assistance with annual fees and dues. Aid will be available to any member in good standing with the Northeastern Swim Team (NST). This is defined as payment in full of the NST registration fees ($75), monthly registration dues, meet fees and receipt of a signed volunteer commitment letter for the current swim season. Outreach Membership
Outreach Membership provides financial assistance through USA Swimming for economically disadvantaged youth. Eligibility for this program is for a calendar year period. Applicants MUST include one of the following proofs to be considered for reduced fee, along with athlete registration form:
• Proof of reduced/free lunch program;
• Show proof of food stamps;
To show a person is economically disadvantaged the burden of proof rests with the applicant. Whichever document they can provide simply needs to be included with the Outreach Athlete Registration form, along with the Outreach Registration Fee of $5 (which replaces the Annual USA Membership fee for a Flex or Premium Membership). Outreach records are 100% confidential.
*Third Swimmer + Discount
The Northeastern Swim Team offers families registering more than two swimmers a discount off registration dues. Families with three or more enrolled swimmers will pay $20/month with no NST registration fee for each additional swimmer beyond two. The reduction rate applies to the swimmers with the least expensive dues. The two swimmers in the highest practice group(s) will still owe the full amount. Discounts are not applied to USA membership (required) or meet fees. Discounts cannot be combined or applied with any other offer or reduced rates. Discount applies to immediate family swimmers only. All swimmers must sign up at the same registration time.

It is my intent as a participant or player competing in Northeastern Swim Team’s sanctioned activities, while participating during activities including any pre-game or post-game activities at Luther College Natatorium that I am agreeable to the following:
As a member of the Northeastern Swim Team, while participating in team activities including practices, meets, or team activities I agree to the following:
I acknowledge that I am aware that there are risks to me of exposure to directly OR indirectly arising out of, contributed to, by, or resulting from:
*An outbreak of any and all communicable disease, including but not limited to, the virus “severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)”, which is responsible for Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and/or any mutation or variation thereof.
In consideration of having the opportunity to participate as either a team member or competitor at location, and in acknowledging that I am aware of and willing to assume the risks associated with this activity, I hereby voluntarily agree to waive, hold harmless and indemnify Northeastern Swim Team and its trustees, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action of any nature whatsoever arising out of ordinary negligence which I, my heirs, my assigns or successors may have against them for, on account of, or by reason of my participation in the above activities. I indicate my agreement to this hold harmless Northeastern Swim Team in signing up for the 2025-26 Short Course Season.
