Academy Bullets Masters (ABM), founded in 2005, is a member club of the Illinois Masters Swimming Association, and a designated Gold Club with U.S. Masters Swimming. We provide coached workouts, training, and stroke instruction to adult swimmers (18+) of all ability levels. Masters Swimming provides opportunities for life-long fitness, friendship, and fun. At ABM, we incorporate all three into our program.
If you are a triathlete, open-water swimmer, or fitness swimmer, our teaching and training model provides a great balance to enable you to make gains. If you are a current or former competitive swimmer or water polo player looking for a place to swim, our workouts can help you get into great shape and perform at a high level while measuring progress and preventing injury. Seasoned Masters swimmers and new members alike will find a program tailored to meet their personal fitness, training, and competitive goals.
Competitions (pool, open water, and others) are encouraged (but not required) throughout the year. Our experienced coaching staff is always available and willing to help our participants to realize their swimming potential.
