Real Swimmers Wear Pink (RSWP) was started in 2010 by three young ladies who wanted to help fight for the cure of breast cancer that has personally affected their families. With the help of the entire team, this event has raised nearly $100,000 since its inception. The entire cost of the clinic and profits from the t-shirts goes to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. While this is not a mandatory event, we hope you will consider participating and/or donating to help to find a cure for this disease one stroke at a time.
Details:
For a minimum $10 donation per swimmer, your swimmer(s) will participate in an hour long breaststroke clinic at your location. Donations will be made directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation for participation in the clinic. Please click here to visit our team Breast Cancer Research Foundation website to make your tax deductible donation. Bring your receipt to the clinic - that will be your ticket in! Have no fear - we'll give it back to you. If you choose to pay at the clinic, please make the checks payable to Breast Cancer Research Foundation. After the clinic, the kids will have a snack and participate in a raffle. The coveted PIE IN THE COACHES FACE will be one of the raffle prizes. Each swimmer will receive one complimentary raffle ticket. Extra tickets will be available to purchase for $1.00.
