Fox Valley Park District Safe Sport Page!

It is the goal at TIDE to make sure that every teammate has the best possible experience.  Safeguarding athletes from abuse is a top priority for Fox Valley Park District Riptides and USA Swimming. In furtherance of these efforts, the USA Swimming Safe Sport program provides resources to its members to assist them in meeting required standards and also with opportunities to go above and beyond the requirements. In 2018, USA Swimming launched its Safe Sport Club Recognition program as a means for clubs to demonstrate a commitment to creating a healthy and positive environment free from abuse for all its members through the development and implementation of club governance measures, Safe Sport policies, reporting mechanisms, Safe Sport best practices and training to athletes and parents. The Safe Sport Coordinator for the Fox Valley Park District Riptides is Mandy Denny, [email protected].  You can email Mandy if you have any questions as well.

Here you will find some resources and training links and information on how TIDE is keeping our Teammates Safe.

USA Swimming and U.S. Center for Safe Sport contact & reporting information directly on the Safe Sport webpage and additional resources.
