We conduct our practices at Downers Grove South and North High Schools as our primary locations. On occasion, when these facilities aren't available, we utilize the YMCA for our training sessions.

Exclusively for Senior, Senior Prep, and Senior Performance groups, we integrate Dryland training into our practice routine.
