SWIM PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Please note practices are subject to change based on pool availability and group enrollment sizes!
Groups are assigned by staff after tryouts and first week of practice.We believe that age and social considerations are as important as competitive skills in kids having a great experience :)
Practices begin Monday Sept 8th!
Green Group- 8 and Unders and novice 10 Unders: M-W-F from 5:30 P to 6:45P (should train at least 2x weekly)
Bronze 1 Group- 9 and Up developing competitors- Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri from 5:30-7P (should train at least 3x weekly)
Bronze 2 Group- 9-13 intermediate and advanced competitors- Mon thru Friday 5:30-7 PM (should train at least 3x weeklty)
Silver Group- 13 Up, High School, Advanced. M and W dryland conditioning 5:30- 6:30P, swim 6:45-8:15P. T, Th, F swim from 5:30P-7P (should train 4x weekly).

TEAM GEAR
All members need to bring their own TYR training fins to each practice. These can be ordered on the Team Store.
To order from the team store enter the username "iguana" and the password "swimming"
Team suits and warm-ups are also found there and are optional.
FEES and REGISTRATION DEADLINES

First month and registration fee is $200. Mandatory USA Swimming Registration is $83.
Monthly participation fees of $160 (Green) to $190 (Silver) will be billed at beginning of each month. Meet fees and gear is additional. Swimmers receive team caps and t-shirts.
Registration and Payment Due Date for high school boys and age groupers is 9/8.
Registration and Payment Due Date for high school girls (that are competing on fall high school teams) is 11/1.
