- Spring Stroke Clinic is technique focused training for new and returning competitive swimmers. Begins 4/14 at Northside College Prep. Mondays and Wednesdays we will practice at Northside at 6:30 PM- 8 PM, Thursdays at Uplift High 5:30 PM-7 PM (900 W Wilson Ave)
- Triathlon Traning Group is an informal group training for the Chicago Kids Triathlon Race. The first practice will be held Tuesday 5/13 5 PM at Wilson Track (at LSD) and will be run only. Alternate weeks will be Swim-Bike Run at Foster Beach. Some practices will be Tuesdays and some Thursdays.
- Summer Water Polo Training for High School ages and up is TBA.
- Summer Swim Team: since Iguanas swim team practices pause in the summer, Iguanas join the Lincolnwood Lightning Summer program www.lwswim.org!
- High Schoool Training Trip: Holland Aquatic Center, Holland Michigan 8/4-8/8.
