These are the requirements for all of our swim levels. In addition to meeting these criteria, swimmers will also receive a coach's recommendation when progressing to the next level.
Our entry-level training group, ideal for swimmers just beginning their competitive journey.

Our more advanced intermediate group, designed for swimmers who are refining their technique and beginning to focus on more advanced training.
- Skill Requirements:
- Swimmers must be able to swim all strokes legally, are beginning to learn interval training, perform correct starts in all strokes, work on technical refinements and corrections, are proficient in circle swimming, and regularly attend meets (almost all meets).

Our advanced swimmer group is designed for those working towards championship times and seeking the highest level of competition.

Swimmers must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in all strokes and techniques

Ready for advanced training and race strategies

Focused on achieving championship qualifying times

Practice Schedule:

5 practices per week

2 hours each, with dryland training

Summer: Two additional night practices will be added

Basic Goals:

Focus on advanced stroke techniques and race strategies

Increase endurance, strength, and speed
