Weekly Update- Note Practice Times
Note: Practice Times for the week
If you haven’t registered, please do so as soon as possible. It is not too late to sign up your returning swimmers.
STEPS TO RETURN TO THE POOL - Please make sure you have completed these steps prior to sending your swimmer(s) to practice. These steps must be completed or your swimmer will not be able to practice. If steps #1-3 have been completed for your swimmer, skip to step #4.

Registration for the Winter Season. Due to the interesting events that followed the covid-19 outbreak, we are changing our typical season. With meets finally open, we are planning on swimming through August. Our current registration only went through July. We are opening up a new registration for August –March. We ask that you register for the winter season by August 10th. You can register your swimmer at elkswim.org

In order to safely return to the pool, we will need to follow the Return to Pool guidelines. If you did not attend the parent meeting, you will need to read over all of these guidelines, prior to sending your swimmer to practice. Swimmers must wear a mask to enter the building and need to bring their own LABELED water bottle.

The first time your swimmer comes to practice, he/she will need to have a SIGNED printed copy of this Elkhart Health and Aquatics questionnaire saying you give permission for your child to answer the health questions listed. Please review this document with your child so they know what to expect once they get to practice.

Practice schedules are below. In order to properly plan for our practices, we are asking that swimmers reserve lane space for practice. Sign up with SignUp Genius.

Please check your team account on elkswim.org to make sure we have at least two good contact numbers. We would need to have the number for the person who will be responsible for picking up your child should they need to leave in the middle of practice. IF that person/number is different from what is listed in your account, please email the information to [email protected].

Practice Schedule
Make sure to read over the section concerning reporting time and entry/exit procedures in the Return to Pool guidelines. Dryland exercises will be emailed. At this time, there will no longer be weekly google meets for dryland.
Use SignUpGenius to reserve your space in the lane. Having these numbers makes it easier to plan ahead for social distancing.
