Club Structure
OHSC offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of OHSC to offer practice training for our athletes geared toward challenging each individual and developing them to the best of THEIR abilities. OHSC has three age group training/practice groups. (Please click TRAINING GROUPS link for further details.)
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
OHSC coaches will evaluate each swimmer to determine which level best suits their ability. Our goal is to provide a challenging practice geared toward growth in both technique and endurance for each athlete. Coaches will be continually monitoring each athletes's growth during practice and meets. These levels are used as a guideline for coaches, but all coaches have final decision as to athletes placement based off the workout they have created. Athletes may be moved "levels" based off their ability to swim a certain stroke so they are getting the most out of each practice.
