PACE Brings the Heat at the RAC Turkey Classic (Nov 22–24, 2025)

Georgetown, IN —
Pacesetter Aquatics hit the water hard over Thanksgiving weekend, delivering a fast, focused, and fiercely competitive outing at the RAC Turkey Classic. Across three days of racing, PACE athletes put together 348 total swims, highlighted by breakthrough performances, clutch finishes, and a wave of momentum heading into December.

PACE finished the meet with:

  • 17 event wins
  • 10 runner-up finishes
  • 19 third-place finishes
  • 127 Top-8 performances

From the opening heats to the final session, PACE swimmers showed grit, consistency, and championship habits — attacking every race, supporting teammates, and rising to the level of competition.

The meet opened on Friday night with a challenging slate of IM and distance-oriented races — and PACE answered the call immediately. Athletes showed poise and race maturity right from the start, posting disciplined pacing, smart strategy, and strong finishes that set the tone for the rest of the weekend.

PACE’s depth and top-end speed were driven by several standout performers. Cole Fekete and Brooks Tipton led the team with four wins each, consistently racing at the front of their heats and anchoring PACE’s scoring power. Molly McGowan delivered one of the weekend’s biggest moments — breaking the 1:00 barrier in the 100 Free for the first time — along with three event wins. Elias Wilson matched her with three victories of his own, contributing major momentum throughout the meet.

Consistency also played a major role in PACE’s success. Levi Ryan led the team with 11 Top-8 finishes, while Ian Ramirez and Kasey Voelker each tallied eight or more scoring swims. Additional standout efforts from Bristol Cain, Lorelei Bingham, and Olivia Fekete highlighted the team’s balance and production across all age groups and strokes.

One of the most inspiring performances of the entire meet came from PACE’s youngest competitor, 5-year-old Evelyn Edrington, who stepped up with remarkable confidence, leading off one of our 10 year old relays! She brought unmistakable PACE spirit to every race she swam. Her presence and performance energized the deck and showcased the bright future of our next generation.

With the holiday season approaching, PACE will carry this momentum into upcoming Midseason Meet before jumping into our 12 Days of Swim-mas — sharpening details, refining race strategy, and continuing to elevate team standards.
