We are a year-round competitive swim program committed to providing exceptional coaching, cutting-edge technique instruction, and a supportive environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Whether you’re taking your first strokes, chasing state titles, or preparing for international competition, our mission is simple: to help every athlete develop, improve, and achieve their fullest potential — in the water and beyond.

At Pacesetter, we believe that great swimmers are built on more than just laps and lane lines. Our coaching staff — all members of the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) — bring years of experience, advanced training, and a passion for youth development to every practice. The result is a program designed not just to improve performance, but to build confidence, discipline, resilience, and a lifelong love for the sport.

As a nonprofit organization, Pacesetter Aquatics is led by an elected Board of Directors that meets monthly. We welcome all members to attend these meetings and encourage active participation in team events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts. Together, we’re building a supportive, goal-driven swim community.
