All new swimmers are required to attend an evaluation before registering and being accepted to PAWW. Please email Derek Amerman at [email protected] to set up an evaluation. After being evaluated and given a group placement, new members may register with us following this online registration process.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE SHORT COURSE SEASON.

SEASONAL FEE: For those that plan to commit to the entire season, this option offers a lower overall cost but requires that you remain an active member for the full season. Once selected, you are expected to fulfill this obligation. You will be charged the first payment during the registration process; and then will be automatically billed on the first of the months of October, November, and December. (four payments total)

MONTHLY FEE: For those who are unsure or not willing to make a seasonal commitment, we are offering this option. The total cost for the season is higher, but if you plan on only participating during certain months of the season, you may save by only paying for the months that you swim (there are no prorated for partial months). You will pay for the first month during the registration process and then will be automatically billed on the first of each subsequent month that your account is active throughout the season. 

HIGH SCHOOL TEAM: Swimmers participating in their high school swim season may register for a high school seasonal commitment. HS boys and girls will be charged the first payment during the registration process and then billed the first of the month [boys-October; girls-December] for the second payment.  (Two payments total.) Before registering with this option, please take into consideration whether your swimmer will practice for all the months during the short course season that he/she is not participating in their high school season (Sept-March). It may be more cost effective to register monthly.

MULTI-SWIMMER DISCOUNT: You will receive a 10% discount for each additional family member registered and active.

2025-26 TEAM ADMINISTRATION FEE: This fee is currently $125 per swimmer. The fee will be charged to all members at the end of the registration process. Each swimmer will receive a team swim cap and a team T-shirt.

2026 USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION FEE: An $92 USA Swimming membership fee will be added to each swimmer’s account when USA Swimming registrations are processed by the team.

If you are registering a swimmer that does not have a current USA Swimming membership, you will register your swimmer with USA Swimming using a link that will be provided to you through an email from PAWW (the link will be emailed sometime after September 1^st, the link will also be added to the PAWW website home page). You will pay the registration fee directly to USA Swimming. If needed, the PAWW team administrator will help you through the process.

CREDIT CARD FEES/SEASONAL CHECK PAYMENT: Due to the rising costs of credit card fees, credit card fees will be added to all transactions paid by credit card. Currently those fees are .30 cents per transaction plus 2.95% of the transaction total. These fees are set by the processing company that Team Unify contracts. We are offering a one-time seasonal check payment option; the one-time check payment will include all seasonal payments, team registration fee, USA Swimming membership fee, and any meet fees that you would like to pay in advance. If you choose to pay by check, please contact Brenda at [email protected]. The funds must be received and applied to your account before you can register.
