Senior - $170/Month

  • Highest level swimmers on team, Jr. High and HS, goal to compete at the KYLSC State meet and beyond
  • ~13hr/week in the water (8 swim practices per week; should come to at least 7)
  • Additional 2.25 hours/week of dryland work
  • Senior athletes are typically junior high and older. Focus of group is to develop training capacity, high-level movement skills and technique
  • Separate $145 registration fee and USA Swimming membership for $99 (available to register on Sept. 1). Contract runs Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

Pre-Senior - $160/Month

  • Jr. High and HS, goal to compete at the KYLSC State meet and beyond
  • ~10hr/week in the water (6 practices per week; should come to at least 4-5)
  • Additional 2.25 hours/week of dryland work
  • Senior athletes are typically junior high and older. Focus of group is to develop training capacity, high-level movement skills and technique
  • Separate $145 registration fee and USA Swimming membership for $99 (available to register on Sept. 1). Contract runs Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

Gold Group - $145/Month

  • High-level- Age ranges 10-13
  • Goals are to score within respective age-groups at State meets
  • 7.5 hours/week in the water (5 offered, should come to at least 4)
  • 1.5 hours/week of dryland work
  • Aerobic development, and technique skills are the emphasis in the water, athletic development on land
  • Separate $145 registration fee and USA Swimming membership for $99 (available to register on Sept. 1). Contract runs Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

Silver Group- $130/Month

  • Age ranges ~8-12
  • 5.75 hours/week in the water (5 practices/week are offered; should come to at least 4)
  • Additional 1.5 hours/week of dryland/strength work
  • While developing technique, swimmers are beginning the foundations of aerobic development
  • Separate $145 registration fee and USA Swimming membership for $99 (available to register on Sept. 1). Contract runs Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

Bronze- $120/Month

  • 6-12 years old
  • 4 hrs/week (5 practices/week are offered; should come to at least 3). 3x15 min of dryland offered
  • Swimmers that will work ALMOST exclusively in learning stroke technique (including starts, turns, etc).
  • Swimmers will be entered in USA Swimming competition when coaches feel they are ready to race and be successful. No rush to take that step.
  • Contract runs Sept-May.
  • Separate $145 registration fee and USA Swimming membership for $99 (available to register on Sept. 1). Contract runs Sept 1, 2025-Aug 31, 2026.

Junior Sailfish ORANGE and BLUE - $80/Month (Session 1 Sept-Dec, Session 2 Jan-May)

  • Non-competitive/pre-competitive team, geared toward swimmers not able to commit to several practices per week but wish to maintain swimming fitness/technique for summer and high school teams in the off-season.
  • Jr. Orange is geared toward the youngest group and will swim on Tuesdays and Saturdays
  • Jr. Blue is geared toward the older and slightly more advanced.  They will swim on Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • A scrimmage meet will be held at the end of each session to practice skills learned
  • Junior Sailfish will need to purchase a separate AAU Swimming membership for $20 (www.aausports.org).  This provides much cheaper insurance and 1/5th the price of USA Swimming.  This can be done after 8/15/24.
  • Swimmers wishing to compete in USA Swimming meets will have to upgrade Bronze/Silver/Gold and register with USA Swimming.

DIVING (New in 2025!!!) - $200 Fee (Sept 2-October 9)

  • Non-competitive, instructional training group, focusing exclusively on 1-meter springboard diving.
  • Intended to be a bridge between summer league and high school diving
  • Must be at least 7yo to join
  • All divers must also purchase a separate AAU Diving membership for $20 (www.aausports.org).  This provides much cheaper insurance than USA Diving.
