PRACTICE DATES: Practice begins 6/1/26. Last day of practice for non-Championship team swimmers is 7/10/26. Championship selected swimmers last day of practice is 7/17/26.
PRACTICE LOCATION: Livermore High School (600 Maple St, Livermore, CA 94550)
PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Times are subject to change based on registration. *there will be NO PRACTICE on meet days
8am-9am:
- 13-14 Boys & Girls, 15-18 Boys and Girls
9am-10am:
- 9-10 Boys, 11-12 Boys & Girls
10am-11am:
- 7-8 Boys & Girls, 9-10 Girls
6 & Under athletes: will select one practice time at registration. Families must choose one time slot and remain in that slot for the entire season.
- 9-9:30am
- 9:45-10:15am
- 10:30-11am

SWIMMERS REQUIRED EQUIPMENT for practice: swimsuit (boy: jammers, girls: 1piece only), cap (if athlete has long hair), goggles, fins, towel
