Congratulations Blue Dolphins! After only one year in the Orange Division, the Blue Dolphins have moved up, yet again - to the Black Division! Our Division consists of: Lake Manassas Blue Dolphins Ridgewood Barracudas Old Bridge Breakers
What a great day for our first official meet. We enjoyed hosting the Urbanna Otters today - thank you for the competition and comraderie! Our swimmers came out strong, with tremendous time improvements. Thank you to our coaches for the great practices this week in preparation. Another huge thank you to our volunteers, for a smooth-running meet. These meets can't run without you, and we appreciate the time you spend helping!
Blue Dolphins - if any of our families have had lessons at the SwimKids in Gainesville, you may have met the site's general manager, Allison Griffin. Allison and her family are part of the Prince William swim community, both through SwimKids and as members of the Kingsbrooke swim team. The Prince William Swim League passed along news that Allison's family lost their home in a fire last night. On Saturday, June 10th, the Blue Dolphins completed our first practice meet. A huge thank you to everyone who participated - our swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and lifeguards! It was wonderful to have so many of our swim families back at the pool. The event gave our coaches a chance to collect some initial times for our swimmers, and to find areas to focus on this week in practice. Congratulations to our returning swimmers who dropped time in their events - looks like we might have more records broken this summer!...
