Life Time Philly Swim Team

Our team is a year-round competitive USA Swimming team offering high quality, professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to promote a lifetime of wellness through the sport of swimming in a safe and inclusive environment. 

Coming in Summer 2026: Two teams become one!

 

In our first season in the Suburban Swim League, the Fort Washington Barracudas and Life Time King of Prussia Summer teams were two separate teams. Now in our second summer, we merge into one (just like our USA Swim Team)!  More information to come on this, but stay tuned for another exciting summer of racing, friends, and fun!
