Good morning Five Star swimmers and families!

We hope you all enjoyed the “extra” hour of sleep this weekend! Looking forward to another great week of practices and our meet this weekend at the West Shore Y!

Updates from Coach Steve

1) Check the meets and sign up ASAP. Put a message in the meet notes if you can only attend certain days.

2) Write your swimmer's name on everything!!

3) All swimmers should have a water bottle on deck.

1 Star: M/W 6:15-7:00; Friday 6:00-7:00; Saturday 10:00-11:00

2 Star: M/W 6:15-7:15; Friday 6:00-7:00; Saturday 10:00-11:15

3 Star: T/Th 6:15-7:30; Friday 6:00-7:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00-11:15

4 Star: M-Th 5:45-7:15; Saturday 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Senior Team: M-Th 4:30-6:15; Friday 4:30-6:00; Saturday 8:00-10:00
