Good morning Five Star swimmers and families! We have a normal practice schedule this evening. See below for additional updates.

Updates from Coach Steve

1) Tuesday 12/2 and Thursday 12/4 practice times due to high school meets:

• Senior Team 4:30-6:00
• 4 Star 5:45-7:00 
• 3 Star 6:00-7:00

2) No Practice Saturday 12/6 due to the Hershey meet.

3) Please have your swimmers wash their water bottles.  We have seen some pretty gross bottles.

4) Please label all your swimmers' equipment. Snorkels and Fins with sharpie - BIG

5) Meet snack ideas- Swimmers train hard they need to be fueled correctly.  Pack some good food for them and have a plan of what to eat and when to eat it.

Holiday breakfast December 27 after practice. More details to come.

Holiday Practice Schedule

Please see the practice schedule for Thanksgiving and winter break below. Also, please note the high school meets that will change our practice times. 

All Evening Practices will remain the same unless listed below.  

The following practices are in addition to the normal schedule.

• December 24th Senior Team and 4 Star 8:00-10:00 am  No Evening Practices
• December 25th - No Practices - Merry Christmas
• December 26th - Senior Team and 4 Star 10-11:30 and 4:30-6:00  Normal practice 1-3*
• December 27th - WHOLE TEAM 8:00-10:30 Team Relays and Breakfast. 
• December 29th - Senior Team and 4 Star 10:00-11:30. Evening - Normal Practices
• December 30th - Normal practice times
• December 31st - Senior Team and 4 Star 8:00-11:00 - No evening Practices
• January 1st - No Practice - Happy New Year!
• January 2nd - Senior Team and 4 Star 10:00-11:30 and 4:30-6:00. Normal practice 1-3*
• January 3rd - Normal Practice Times

John Apple- Meet Volunteers Needed!

The volunteer positions for our first home meet are now posted on Team Unify. Please log in and look for the sign up under the “team events” tab. We require all families volunteer for at least one shift. If you are new to the team, we will help train you that day- please do not hesitate to sign up- this is an all hands on deck (literally!) event. 1 Star: M/W 6:15-7:00; Friday 6:00-7:00; Saturday 10:00-11:00

2 Star: M/W 6:15-7:15; Friday 6:00-7:00; Saturday 10:00-11:15

3 Star: T/Th 6:15-7:30; Friday 6:00-7:00 p.m.; Saturday 10:00-11:15

4 Star: M-Th 5:45-7:15; Saturday 8:00-10:00 a.m.

Senior Team: M-Th 4:30-6:15; Friday 4:30-6:00; Saturday 8:00-10:00
