Updates from Coach Steve
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. The next month is going to be very busy with meets and practices. Consistency in practice is important for success as we enter the second half of the season. As we head into the John Apple meet please have your swimmer at practice so we can practice relay starts.
1. Consistency in practice (attendance and effort) pays off at the meets and helps build a team culture.
2. Please have swimmers at practice 10 minutes before the start of practice.
3. All Championships meets have been updated. Please check qualifying times. Under your child's name If the time is black, they qualify. Red, they don't qualify.
Locations are as follows:
10 and under champs: Hershey
Junior Champs: F and M
Senior Champs: Carlisle YMCA (formally Keystone Aquatics)
Silver Champs (York YMCA)
