LMAC Fee Structure: 2022-23 Full Season

HOW REGISTRATION & PAYMENT WORK:

· LMAC has partnered with TeamUnify to help us manage the team administratively. ALL registrations are now done online via our website, www.lowermerionaquaticclub.com. Here is a direct link to Fall/Winter 2022-23 Registration.

· Each family (returning and new) should have received word (generally in an email) from Head Coach Kathryn McKeone as to their swimmers' training groups. Use these training group assignments when asked which group you would like to register your child for during the registration process. Here is a list of 2022-23 Training Group Assignments. As swimmers are evaluated this list will be updated to include their names.

· Upon completion of registration, you will be emailed an invoice listing your charges and prompted to pay electronically using a credit card. ALL payments (either first monthly installment for those using payment plan or full fee) are due upon registering.

· Swimmers/Divers registered for Fall/Winter 2022-2023 have two payment options:

· Option #1: Pay your dues for the entire season in one installment up front. Each group has a different Fall/Winter season length and total fee, see each group below for details. HS Fall Only swimmers will have to use Option #1 and pay for their entire season up front as training period is so short.

· Option #2: Pay Fall/Winter 2022-2023 dues monthly. At registration, you will pay the $25 registration fee. Your first monthly payment is due on October 1. You will be billed on 10/1, 11/1, 12/1 and 1/1/23.

· Multiple Swimmer Discount: The TeamUnify registration system will automatically take this into account. Families that register 2 swimmers will $25.00 discount off their total bill at registration. Families that register 3 swimmers will receive a $75.00 discount off their total bill at registration. Families that register 4 swimmers will receive a $125.00 discount off their total bill at registration. **Athletes in Diving and HS Fall Only groups are not eligible for the multi swimmer discount.

· With this TeamUnify system, families will receive an invoice via email on the first of each month that a payment is due. Please promptly pay your installments electronically using the payment method you have on file with your TeamUnify account.

· High School FALL ONLY swimmers and Mighty Mites/Piranhas swimmers are the only groups that will not follow this payment structure. Those swimmers will have the USA Swimming Registration Fee plus their $525.00 (6x/week) or $300.00 (3x/week) or $280.00 (Mites or Piranhas Fall Session) fee due at registration. Swimmers will not be permitted to swim until we have received their payment.

· Explanation of Fees:

USA Swimming Registration Fee: All LMAC participants (coaches & athletes) MUST be USA Swimming registered. The cost for 2023 is TBD. Starting this year, all members will pay USA Swimming directly instead of LMAC being the "middle man".
LMAC Registration Fee: $25.00; covers bank fees and processing/admin. costs

MIGHTY MITES & PIRANHAS GROUPS:

· Fall/Winter Session #1: 10 weeks / $280.00

· Fall/Winter Session #2: 10 weeks / $280.00

· Late Winter Session: 8 weeks / $220.00

· Spring Session: 7 weeks / $200.00
