The West Chester Area YMCA is thrilled to welcome you to our Monster Mash weekend on October 27-29.

ALL SWIMMERS WILL BE SEATED AND STAGED IN THE GYM - we ask that everyone clean up for themselves. Waste containers will be situated near each team.

Please bring:

  • Chair or blanket to sit on
  • Warm clothing just in case it is chilly in the gym

The 400 IM and 1650 are seeded fast to slow. 
Please note that swimmers must provide their own timers and counters for the 400 IM & 1650 on Friday evening, and 500s on Sunday.

MEET DAY INFORMATION:

  • Meet Vendors: Tentatitive lineup includes: Fine Designs, inc.
  • On-Site Parking: Please ask your families to follow the event parking signage and to follow the direction of our volunteers.
  • Facility Entrance and Check-in: ENTER THROUGH MAIN ENTRANCE Spectators will be asked to sign in upon arrival.
  • Staging: Teams will be set up in the gym. Swimmers should bring chairs, warm clothes, and extra towels. Locker rooms will be available for changing.
  • Special Needs: Please let us know of any guests from your teams with visual, hearing, or mobility impairments so that we can arrange appropriate seating. There is limited deckside and gallery seating. Spectators are asked to please be courteous of other guests and meet volunteers in seating, deck, and hallway areas.
