Join Bearcat Masters!
If you decide to join the team after your trial swim, there are three steps required to become a member:
STEP ONE: BECOME A MEMBER OF USMS (MANDATORY PREREQUISITE): The first step is to become a member of United States Masters Swimming (USMS). The USMS membership runs from November 1 until December 31 of the following year. Use the links below to complete USMS registration($70.00):
STEP Two: COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION
After you have registered with USMS, complete the Bearcat Masters online registration.
PAY YOUR YEARLY TEAM MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $70.00**
- A mandatory annual team membership fee of $70.00, per calendar year. The annual fee is assessed upon joining Bearcat Masters and then annually in January thereafter. Upon payment of the fee, you will be added to the team roster and e-mail distribution list.

RECURRING MEMBERSHIP OPTION
* Month Recurring Membership $149.00: Enjoy unlimited access to all scheduled workouts and get in the best shape of your life. Membership dues are automatically deducted as a recurring charge on your credit card account at the beginning of each month. 
*Recurring Swim Pass Membership $450.00: Swimmers with busy schedules can join the team as recurring Swim Pass members. This membership option provides members with 15 workouts within 3 months and automatically renews every 3 months. Additional workouts can be purchased at a rate of $25 per workout. Automatic Billing will take place on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1.
Out of Town Swimmers:
- Visiting Swimmers: Swimmers visiting from outside of the local metropolitan area are welcome to drop in at no-charge. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] to set up drop-ins.
Cancelation Policy:
Bearcat Masters does not offer refunds on program fees. You may cancel your recurring membership by submitting a request in writing with 15 days' notice. You may restart your monthly fee option by going through the registration process again. You may submit your cancellation request to [email protected]
