Our Mission

Our Mission is to train youth in the sport of jump rope utilizing fitness training and performance arts -- music, dance techniques and tumbling.  SSA teaches athletes to perform and compete while promoting living a healthy lifestyle and developing character, integrity, and leadership qualities.
   Our curriculum contains decades of knowledge that not only focuses on the fundamentals of jump rope but also includes fitness, tumbling, and dance training.  Athletes learn to build skills in a success-oriented, self-paced, goal oriented setting with innovative, challenging, and exciting techniques to develop skills and enhance athletic performance.
