- Take 295 North to Brunswick Route #1
- Once Route #1 turns back into a divided Highway you will go about 8 miles
- Take the Congress Street exit. You will see orange flags to warn you of a drop in the speed limit just before the exit.
- Bare right at the end of the short exit ramp.
- Go about a 1/10 of a mile and take first right out of the roundabout on to Congress Street and go back over route #1.
- You will see a housing development on your right, right after it there is an intersection with a blinking yellow light. Take the right on to Centre Street.
- The YMCA is about ¼ mile on the left.
- The trip is 21.48 miles / 26 minutes
