Seacoast Swim Club Meet Surcharge Policy
To help cover team travel expenses for swim meets, SEAC applies a meet surcharge to all swimmers participating in a swim meet. Meet surcharges are in addition to the entry and event fees charged by the hosting team. The hosting team always outlines fees on their meet document. It could vary slightly from team to team.
Below is a breakdown of the SEAC surcharges for your review.
- $25 per swimmer for meets within the State of Maine
- $60 per swimmer for out-of-state meets
Seacoast Swim Club is required to pay all meet fees to the hosting team at the time of entry. Meet fees/surcharges will be automatically billed to your account at the time meet entries are submitted. If your swimmer scratches from the meet after entries have been submitted, these fees will not be refunded.
