Monthly Payment Plan
Members must sign up for automatic payment via credit card or ACH. A valid credit card must remain on file for the duration of the season.
All swimmers are required to become members of USA Swimming. There is an annual USA Swimming fee of $100. A registration link will be emailed to families after registering for the team. A Flex membership is available to swimmers ages 12 & Under, and allows them to compete in two swim meets per year.
Subsequent payments will automatically be charged to the credit card or ACH on file on the 1st of each month.
If a swimmer would like to suspend their account for a month or longer, an email must be sent to [email protected] by the last Friday of the month prior. (For example, Kate would like to take the months of December and January off to ski. An email must be sent to the team administrator by the last Friday in November.) *SEAC will not be able to hold or guarantee spots for swimmers.
To return the account to ACTIVE status, send an email to [email protected] by the last Friday of the month prior. (For example, Kate would like to return to swimming for February 1st. An email must be sent to the team administrator by the last Friday in January.)
Please be advised that monthly payments will not be prorated. If an account is suspended or activated at any point during the month, the full month’s payment will be collected.
