How to Sign Up for a Meet
- Log In: Use your Atlantis-associated username & password to log into SportsEngine.
- Select a Meet: Click on the name of the meet you’d like to sign up for under the Events section of the homepage.
The event page provides general meet information. Typically, a Meet Packet will be linked at the bottom—review this packet for warm-up times, session start times, admission prices, and the event lineup. - Open Commitment: On the main Events page under Current & Upcoming, click Edit Commitment (or Attend/Decline) for the meet.
- Declare Attendance: Click your swimmer’s name. Choose whether they are attending. Use the Notes box to share details like unavailable days or event preferences.
If not attending, select “No” and click Save. - Choose Events: If attending, check the boxes next to the events. - Verify correct session (see the Meet Packet). - Respect Individual Entry Limits (IE = Individual Entry, Rel = Relay, Comb = Combined).
When finished, click Save. - Repeat for Additional Swimmers: Complete steps 4 & 5 for each swimmer.
✔ Make sure your swimmer chooses their events—it’s important they understand what they are swimming.
✔ Coaches may adjust events as needed.
✔ Use the Notes box to explain any restrictions on attendance.
✔ Swimmers unsure of event selection should ask their coach before signing up.
