AMAZING JOB FFYS Swimmers, Parents, and Coaches!! Thank you so much for your many, many contributions and flexibility to make this meet a HUGE success!!
A few extra special thank yous to the following folks…
-
Dave Rembiesa - Meet Director, who organized this meet from start to finish.
-
Sean Smith - Meet Entry and Computer Room Master, who put in hours and hours of work before, during, and after the meet.
-
Sandra “Where are my timers?” Zori - Head official, who kept events moving along all weekend.
-
Natalie Jones - Volunteer Coordinator, who magically turned parents into productive volunteers.
-
Rolanda Mason, Will Matigian, and Lucy Matigian - Concessions Coordinators, who planned, shopped, and hauled, and then did that again, in addition to running Concessions and filling in other volunteering positions for ALL FIVE sessions of our meet.
-
Jamie Kliebert and Stephanie Smith - Hospitality Chairs, who made lists, checked them twice, shopped and carted to keep our hard-working coaches and officials fed and hydrated.
-
Elizabeth Mikols - Awards Coordinator, who made sure all of the swimmers got ribbons and heat winners got duckies.
-
Teresa Chisholm - Sponsorship Coordinator and Program Designer, who kept the whole planning committee on track.
-
Lorin Killgrove - Head Marshal- who willingly took on one of the worst jobs ever.
-
Coach Kellen - Recruiter - who convinced his mom, dad and sister to volunteer for us too.
We’re also very thankful to our FFYS Volunteer Officials: Matt Kurdziel, Jason Rembisz, Jenny Birmelin, Marisa Varga, Bill Vassas, and Elizabeth Simpson for making sure that our swimmers were swimming legal strokes..
A HUGE thank you to our coaches for spending their entire weekend with our kids. You invest so much into our children, and we cannot thank you enough!
Finally, a shout out to all of our swimmers who came ready to race! There were so many time drops, and new cuts for States, Indy and Zones this weekend! Way to swim fast Stingrays!!

2025 Circle City Classic Invitational (INDY Meet) in Indianapolis, Indiana
Meet entry closes on DECEMBER 15! ABSOLUTELY NO LATE ENTRIES are accepted for this meet.
If your swimmer has made one or more INDY cuts, then you are strongly encouraged to sign him or her up for the INDY Meet on January 24-26, 2025. INDY is a USA Meet, which means your swimmer needs a USA membership to swim this meet. The INDY Meet is a wonderful opportunity to swim in an Olympic-class facility. Those who have not previously been to the IUPUI Natatorium will be amazed. It was the venue for the US Olympic trials for many years, and is known as one of the fastest pools in the country!
How do I know if my swimmer has an Indy cut? I am so glad that you asked! Click here to see the cut times: Indy Meet Packet - pages 7-8-9.
How do I register my swimmer as a USA swimmer? Another great question! Follow these directions: USA Swimming Registration
**If your swimmer is already a USA swimmer, please make sure that his or her USA membership is renewed for 2025.
