Dear Parents,

What a great weekend!  There was so much energy on the pool deck at Waterford High School.  There were many great swims, time drops, new Indy, State and Zone cuts and more importantly, there was so much team spirit!  So many of our Stingrays were cheering their teammates on from behind the blocks, the side of the pool, and at the ends of the lanes.  

Thank you to our volunteer timers: Brent Scully, Amanda Blanchard, Eric Stricher, Erika Myers, Jensen Killgrove, Andrew Stricher, and Erika English, and our volunteer officials: Sandra Zori, Jason Rembisz, Jen Birmelin, and Elizabeth Simpson.

2025 Circle City Classic Invitational - January 24-26, 2025 in Indianapolis, IN

LCSC Polar Plunge - January 31-February 2 at the Livonia Rec Center

Flint 50s - February 2 - Location TBD

This is a YMCA meet.  All swimmers should swim this meet!  Registration will open soon.

YMCA EASTERN CLUSTERS - February 7, 8, and 9, 2025

This meet is OPEN for Registration and the Volunteer Signup is OPEN too!  All swimmers who have met or will be meeting the THREE meet minimum requirement are qualified to qualify to swim at this Championship Meet! ALL parents are required to volunteer for TWO sessions at this meet whether or not your swimmer is swimming. This includes parents of HS boys.  

Friday, February 7 - Northville High School - evening session 

Saturday and Sunday, February 8-9 - Trenton High School - A.M. and P.M. sessions

YMCA 8 & UNDER STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - February 15, 2025

Parents of 8 & Under Swimmers: There are no time standards for this meet. If your swimmer has met the 3-meet minimum requirement, your swimmer is invited and should swim at this meet!  It is conveniently being held at Waterford Kettering High School and it is a single day meet.  More information coming soon!

YMCA 9  & OVER STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - February 22 -23, 2025 

Parents of 9 & Over Swimmers: If your swimmer has met the 3-meet minimum requirement, and has met the qualifying time standards, your swimmer gets to swim at this meet!  It will be held at Saginaw Valley State University.  We have reserved a block of hotel rooms nearby, please see the Hotel Information tab on our website.  More information coming soon!
