Dear Stingray Nation, 

Congratulations to all Stingrays who swam at the YMCA 9 & Over State Championships in Saginaw this past weekend.  We have A LOT of State Champions and top finishers! Out of 12 teams, we finished as Runner-Up State Champions!

An extra special congratulations to Kinley Birmelin for setting a State Meet Record in the Girls 11/12 200 Yard Butterfly with a time of 2:25:79 minutes!  This replaces a record set by a former Stingray in 2019.   

PRACTICE UPDATE

TODAY is the last day of the regular season practice schedule. There is a slight change to Senior and Gold this evening at North Farmington, as communicated earlier in the week: Senior is 6-8pm; Gold is 6:30-8pm.

Starting this Sunday, only those swimmers who will be attending the YMCA Zone & YMCA National Meets should be attending practices.

MARCH CLINIC

Swim is not really over!  Opportunities to continue to swim and improve are still available to your swimmer. Please be sure to sign up for the March Clinic which begins on Monday, March 3rd. These swim clinics will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at the Farmington YMCA. 10 & younger will be from 6-6:45pm; 11 & older will be from 6:45-8pm. 

10 & under - 6:00-6:45pm (cost $115)

11 & older - 6:45-8pm (cost $135)

March clinic is a great time to invite friends and neighbors to check out the team!  We practice by age groups, so new friends can be together.  

SPRING TUNE-UP

Spring tune up begins Monday, April 14th! More information will be out very soon.
