Dear Stingray Parents and Swimmers,

Thank you so much FFYS Swimmers, Parents, and Coaches for a successful meet!   

🔥 THANK YOU to ALL of our Volunteers!  We could not do this without you!!  A few extra special thank yous to the following folks…

• Dave Rembiesa – Meet Director -  The mastermind who kicked off planning an entire year ago to bring this meet to life!

•  Sean Smith – Meet Entry & Computer Room Master - The quiet hero behind the “screens” who logged countless hours before, during, AND after the meet to keep our tech systems running flawlessly!

• Jason Rembisz – Head Official  - Worked every session, kept the meet on pace, and made the whole weekend run like clockwork!

• Natalie Jones & Bernadette Borla – Volunteer Coordinators -  The dynamic duo who magically transformed a sea of parents into an army of skilled  volunteers!

• Rolanda Mason, Will Matigian & Lucy Matigian – Concessions Coordinators Extraordinaire -  From planning and shopping to hauling and hustling, this team kept Concessions thriving all weekend long!

• Stephanie Smith – Hospitality Queen - Lists made, lists checked twice, carts loaded, and tables stocked, she made sure every coach and official stayed fed, energized, and hydrated from start to finish!

• Liz Mikols – Awards Coordinator - Ribbons ready, heat-winner duckies on deck, she made sure every achievement was celebrated!

• Teresa Chisholm – Sponsorship Coordinator & Program Designer - The organizational backbone who kept the planning committee aligned and moving forward!

• Lorin Killgrove – Head Marshal - Took on one of the toughest jobs on deck without losing one little swimmer!

We’re also incredibly grateful for our FFYS Volunteer Officials: Jason Rembisz, Jen Birmelin, Marisa Varga, Bill Vassas, and Elizabeth Simpson, who stood on deck all weekend making sure our swimmers competed safely, fairly, and legally! 

A HUGE, heartfelt thank you to our coaches, who dedicated their entire weekend to our athletes. Your energy, encouragement, and commitment are the reason our swimmers dive in with confidence and give everything they’ve got. We cannot thank you enough for the passion you bring to every race, every lane, every swimmer!

And the reason we were all committed to this meet, a shoutout to our incredible swimmers! You showed up ready to race, ready to compete, and ready to have fun — and you delivered. Your energy on deck, your grit in the water, and your smiles throughout the weekend made this meet unforgettable.   Way to swim fast, Stingrays!! 💙

2026 Circle City Classic Invitational (INDY Meet) -January 23-26, 2026

IUPUI Natatorium, Indianapolis, Indiana

Meet entry closes on DECEMBER 12!  NO LATE ENTRIES are accepted for this meet.

If your swimmer has made one or more INDY cuts, then you are strongly encouraged to sign him or her up for the INDY Meet. INDY is a USA Meet, which means your swimmer needs a USA membership to swim this meet. The INDY Meet is a wonderful opportunity to swim in an Olympic-class facility. Those who have not previously been to the IUPUI Natatorium will be amazed. It was the venue for the US Olympic trials for many years, and is known as one of the fastest pools in the country!

How do I register my swimmer as a USA swimmer?  Another great question!  Follow these directions: USA Swimming Registration

**If your swimmer is already a USA swimmer, please make sure that his or her USA membership is renewed for 2026.
