We are looking forward to the LCG Tropical Freeze Invite this weekend.  

10 & Under A.M. Session Arrival - 8:50 A.M.

AM Session: Warm-up 9:00 AM 

Meet Start: 10:00 AM 

11 & Up P.M Session Arrival -  11:50 A.M.

PM Session: Warm-up Immediately following the AM session not before 12:00 Meet Start: One hour after the start of warmups, not before 1:00 PM

The hosting team is looking for timers for the meet.  We need to send three timers for each session.  If you are able to time, please reply to this email.

This is a USA Meet.

Only USA Swimming registered swimmers who have met the minimum 3 meet YMCA requirement are eligible for this meet.  If a swimmer has not met their 3 meet YMCA requirement, pick one of the YMCA meets offered this weekend (or both if they still need two YMCA meets).
