Level Five ARC Newsletter to parents

Level five is designed to help students become ready to join a swim team, and build endurance. To enter level five participants must have passed learn to swim level four. Jenison High School Aquatic center swim lessons class are held to a strict maximum class size our maximum class size is  1 instructor to 6 students in a class. The goal of level five is to be comfortable swimming all six strokes, and learn practice skills needed for a swim team.

Level five skills include freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke, and side stoke.

Level five has a meet day instead of safety day, Meet day skill include how to use a timing pad, rules for swim meets, and introduction to the starter.
